Rain Forest

This restaurant is in Adyar, Chennai.
The restaurant is called Rain forest because the ambience theme of the restaurant is based on Rain forest!

You enter it ull get a feel you are entering into a cave. Its filled with lots of plants and small water falls and designed with lot of dumbo animals a miniature jungle kind of atmosphere.You can also feel the dizzy sound and thundering noise !

Coming to the food part its definitely a mix of continental chinese and mexican!But i have always felt that chinese dominates here.

Starters and soups cost around Rs 70 -80. Soups in general are good. I enjoyed dragon chicken and lollipop Chicken that was for sure yummy!

Going to the main dish, I have always felt noodles were spicy, and their Biriyani was a typical hyderabadi one.

You also get spaghettis and Pastas. Though i have always felt the variety is less in these. The main dish on an average ranges between Rs90-150.And I bet a dish needs to be shared between two. Its quiet plentiful!

On an average a wholesome meal would cost Rs 400 for two!

Service is good.
Ambience serves a special appreciation
Food does taste good
Definitely a good choice for a bit expensive but decent treat
Book your tables during weekends, cos the place seems to be pretty crowded these days

P.F CHANGs

This post is about P.F CHANG in irvine spectrum. The place is crowded no matter what. I am an indian and a typical chickentarian (vegetarian + chicken...lol). So, please excuse me if you are looking for any read meat dishes.
I am planning to write three things here
1. which menu item i liked
2. service
3. cost
4. Quality

Now, these are my own opinion, so its up-to your discretion

1a. Kung pao chicken with steam white rice
1b. Chicken Chowmein
1c. Chicken Fried rice
1d. Lettuce wrap (appetizer)

2. The overall service is really good. The guys actually suggest you, if you don't know what to have, and their suggestion is not bad.

3. It is not a very expensive restaurant.

4. Food quality is definitely good.

The only issue that i have had is, its way to crowded on Friday nights. So reserve it before had, if you are big group.
